Free COVID testing will be provided in the City of Middletown, in Downtown Middletown beginning Monday, January 24, 2022.
In order to keep the residents safe, healthy and protected of the super spreading COVID-19 variants, the City of Middletown is happy to announce, that they have partnered with a leading testing firm, Urgent Testing for daily testing here in the City.
Testing location will be at the Middletown Senior Center,
62-70 West Main Street, Middletown, NY.
Daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
Tests are free, safe, and quick. RAPID or NASAL PCR tests will be available. No appointment necessary, and open to all New York State residents.

Last night the City and the BID held it's 4th Annual Menorah Lighting in Run 4 Downtown Park. Students from the Middletown School District sang before Mayor DeStefano joined Rabbi Emily Cobert in lighting the downtown menorah. Thank you to all who attended and Happy Hanukkah!

Today the City of Middletown, The Greater Middletown Interfaith Council, elected officials and friends celebrated the grand opening of the new GMIC Warming Station, located at 8-10 Mulberry St. The Warming Station provides a warm place for homeless individuals to sleep during the cold winter months. The Warming Station opens Sunday, November 21st for the 2021-2022 season.
